Children grow fast! Before you know it, they have outgrown their clothes, shoes and even their wheelchair. For this reason, many parents select a wheelchair that is one size larger than needed in anticipation of future growth. Unfortunately, an oversized wheelchair does not provide the proper positioning your child needs.


For many, insurance providers only allow for a new wheelchair to be purchased every five years. That may be acceptable for an adult, but a child can grow significantly in five years. For years, parents have bought solution oversized equipment and made due until their child grows. The idea of “filling the gaps” produced by oversized equipment has been around as long as children have been in wheelchairs, but rolled up towels and bunched up blankets have a serious downside: they’re hot, lumpy, won’t stay in position and look improvised.

Our Wheelchair Seat Reducer Insert was specifically designed to provide proper positioning in an oversized wheelchair. The insert is a cushion that easily slips into the seat of any chair to reduce the usable dimensions.

It may seem like a simple solution, but the wheelchair seat reducer is the product of years of clinical research and development. Designed by a coalition of therapists and Rehabilitation Technology Specialists (RTS), the Wheelchair Seat Reducer Insert features a ribbed surface that is comfortable and promotes airflow. It can be trimmed to accommodate shoulder straps, lateral supports and most other positioning features. It’s washable, water-resistant, lightweight, 100% latex free and folds flat for storage.

There’s no other product on the market today that does what the Wheelchair Seat Reducer Insert does. It is designed to conform to the natural contour of your wheelchair, stroller or positioning chair. It reduces the usable dimensions while maintaining the intended position designed for your child. There are no straps or fasteners to worry about: it simply drops into place and can be easily removed when folding your wheelchair. There is even a non-skid provision to prevent ride up.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses in the U.S. will be shipped by UPS / FedEx or by Freight truck depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship outside of the continental U.S. for an additionsl cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can generate a shipping quote and send a customized invoice.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

In some cases, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Original (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

**NOTE** Certain "Hygenic" items are not returnable unless there was a mistake caused by us such as wrong item sent, damaged during shipping, etc... these items include Commodes, nebulizers, or any item that comes into contact with bodily fluids.
