The Titan 500 Patient Lift System by Traxx Mobility is a freestanding 2-Post track system and comes complete with frame, Lift Motor, One Universal Sling, Lift Bar, Remote Control, Battery Charger and Emergency Down Control.  This lift is a complete unit so no additional items need to be purchased.  There is an add on option for locking casters if needed and Shipping to the contiguous United States is included for free.

The Traxx Titan 500 Patient Lift System is made of strong, durable aluminum and Its innovative four-point lift bar securely lifts a patient up to 500 pounds. The soft, padded sling is easily positioned for lifting patients and the included handheld remote is easy to operate.  Lifting your loved one is as easy as one touch with the Traxx one-finger remote control.

Easily installs in any room in just minutes, the Titan 500 is freestanding, The backup battery provides enough power to operate for days in the event of a power outage as a result, the average patient (180 lbs.) should be able to be lifted and transferred over 75 times in one complete battery charge.  The lift comes with a satin anodized finish which makes it easy to clean and the sling is machine washable.

This lift system greatly improves the quality of life for individuals with limited mobility and their caregivers can lift and transfer their loved ones from bed to wheelchair and back again with ease.

The ergonomic sling design combines strategically placed padding and adjustable strap attachment to a four-point lift bar ensuring a stable, secure and comfortable experience while being lifted or transferred.

Please choose from the standard 8-foot beam or the extended beam lengths of 10 and 12 depending on the width of your bed and size of your room.  Locking casters are optional (set of four) and not included.

Assembly for one person takes under 30 minutes. However, using two people to lift the motor greatly reduces this time and effort.

Slings are offered in the sizes listed below.

Small – Yellow Binding, Patient weight 50 – 100 lbs.
Medium – Blue Binding, Patient Weight 100 – 200 lbs.
Large – Red Binding, Patient Weight 200 – 300 lbs.
Extra-Large – Black Binding, Patient Weight 300 – 450 lbs.

The Titan 500 is also compatible with off the shelf four-point slings.  Replacement slings are available individually.

All units have a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses in the U.S. will be shipped by UPS / FedEx or by Freight truck depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship outside of the continental U.S. for an additionsl cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can generate a shipping quote and send a customized invoice.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

In some cases, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Original (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

**NOTE** Certain "Hygenic" items are not returnable unless there was a mistake caused by us such as wrong item sent, damaged during shipping, etc... these items include Commodes, nebulizers, or any item that comes into contact with bodily fluids.
