That’s where the revolutionary design of the Special Tomato Recliner Support System helps!

How Does The Special Needs Recliner Support System Work?

The Special Tomato Recliner Support System drapes over an ordinary reclining chair. The RSS offers a firm yet comfortable platform that positions the hips and pelvis.  Which is the cornerstone of proper body alignment. The adjustable 5-Point Chest Harness and 3-Point Pelvic Harness maintain a stable position of the trunk and pelvis. The adjustable height headrest promotes a mid-line position of the head. The leg supports discourage excessive abduction and rotation of the hips.  And reduces hyper-extension of the knees.  The easy to clean drape secures with four padded straps to protect furniture and it works with most recliners.

The Special Tomato Soft-Touch Liners are easily integrated into this system!  These contoured seat and back cushions enhance lateral (side) support and improve comfort. A new Soft-Touch Liner Hip-Flex® Seat is specifically designed and shaped for the RSS.  It comes with a “living hinge” to comfortably move with and support the body as it reclines.

The Special Tomato Recliner Support System is completely portable and easy to store. It folds and clips like a suit bag. It also has a handle so when its folded you can hang it from a standard coat hook or door. The RSS weighs only 10 lbs. It’s perfect to bring along on a visit to someone else’s house!

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses in the U.S. will be shipped by UPS / FedEx or by Freight truck depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship outside of the continental U.S. for an additionsl cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can generate a shipping quote and send a customized invoice.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

In some cases, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Original (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

**NOTE** Certain "Hygenic" items are not returnable unless there was a mistake caused by us such as wrong item sent, damaged during shipping, etc... these items include Commodes, nebulizers, or any item that comes into contact with bodily fluids.
