Many people have limited mobility. Sometimes just getting around the house can be a challenge, and the worry of falling and suffering an injury is always present.

A wheelchair would help, but they are usually bulky, uncomfortable and clinical working. Most wheelchairs won’t fit through standard doorways and a home renovation to widen them would be a major expense.

The home and office wheelchair REVO 360 is a wheelchair unlike any you’ve seen before. Its ultra-mobile ergonomic design lets you move through your day with ease and comfort, thanks to the chair’s generous 3″ padded seat cushion and ventilated back that was designed for active support. A waterfall-contoured design helps reduce stress on your knees and improve leg circulation while the contoured seat dissipates pressure points for greater comfort. Smart, sculptural styling brings a fresh, contemporary look to any home or workplace and the contoured back provides lumbar support.

The REVO 360’s extra-large 20″ rear wheels with optional hand rings enable the freedom of mobility, making it simple for you to move freely around the home or office. A sturdy steel base and medical grade 5″ front casters provide easy movement over carpet and thresholds. It’s even equipped with pneumatic height adjustment to adapt to any body type.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouses in the U.S. will be shipped by UPS / FedEx or by Freight truck depending on the weight and size of the product.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We can ship outside of the continental U.S. for an additionsl cost. Please contact us before placing your order so we can generate a shipping quote and send a customized invoice.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

In some cases, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you have received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Original (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.


If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

**NOTE** Certain "Hygenic" items are not returnable unless there was a mistake caused by us such as wrong item sent, damaged during shipping, etc... these items include Commodes, nebulizers, or any item that comes into contact with bodily fluids.
